Martin Billhardt

Martin Billhardt, born 1962 in Offenbach/Main, is businessman and has 28 years of experience in leading positions as CEO, CFO or member of the Management Board in different industries, among them real estate. His latest position was CEO and CFO of Pfisterer Holding AG and until the present day he still serves as advisor to Pfisterer Holding AG Group.

Billhardt is a German citizen and was appointed to the Supervisory Board on March 20, 2020.

Born in Konstanz in 1965. He has held many posts in the software industry during his professional career, including at KHK-Software, Frankfurt & Basel and CTO Aparis Software GmbH. After working as a project controller for the Tivona Group in Basel, he has been engaged as an investment manager at a Swiss family office since 2008, where he is responsible for venture capital and real estate investments.

Mr. Schmid is a German citizen and was appointed to the Supervisory Board in 2014.

Born 1965, danish, MBA in finance & marketing, gained extensive capital markets experience through his many years of employment with major international banks in the areas of credit trading as well as capital market transactions and acquisitions. As the Head of High Yield and Strategy, Mr Jorgensen currently develops real estate investment strategies for Fairwater Capital LLP, London.

Jorgensen has been elected member of the Supervisory Board as of May 30, 2018.
